How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. 

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Standard shipping are the only shipping options available at the moment. 

 

How do I return or refund an item?
 

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 all sales are final and non-refundable. But if you receive your package and it is damaged, please send us an email to Customerservice@envydelux.com 

We will gladly take care of the issue. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen or packages that are left at the station, or any issues after we ship. Please contact the carrier if you experience any issues with delivery. 

When will my order ship?
 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed(not including weekends and holidays). Please read the description of each item, some bags can take up to 10 days to ship. After processing, your order will ship. 

 

When will I receive my order?
 

After your order is processed, shipping can take up to 7 days (excluding holidays and Sundays and depending on location, time of year, etc.). A tracking number will be emailed to you, and you are able to track package. 

 

Is Swarovski Crystal real?

Swarovski Crystals are NOT real diamonds.
