How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. 

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

At this time we only offer Priority shipping through USPS. 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 all sales are final and non-refundable. But if you receive your package and it is damaged, please send us an email to Customerservice@envydelux.com 

We will gladly take care of the issue. 

When will my order ship?
 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of being placed(not including weekends and holidays). Please read the description of each item, some bags can take up to 10 days to ship. After processing, your order will be shipped through USPS Priority shipping method. 

 

When will I receive my order?
 

After your order is processed, shipping takes 3-5 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Orders are shipped through USPS. A tracking number will be emailed and you are able to track package. 

 

Is Swarovski Crystal real?

Swarovski Crystals are NOT real diamonds.
