SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

How do I return or refund an item?
 

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 all sales are final and non-refundable. But if you receive your package and it is damaged, please send us an email to Customerservice@envydelux.com 

We will gladly take care of the issue. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen or packages that are left at the station, or any issues after we ship. Please contact USPS if you experience any issues with delivery. 

When will my order ship?
 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed(not including weekends and holidays). Please read the description of each item, some bags can take up to 10 days to ship. After processing, your order will be shipped through UPS shipping method. 

 

When will I receive my order?
 

After your order is processed, shipping takes 3-5 days (excluding holidays and Sundays). Orders are shipped through UPS. A tracking number will be emailed and you are able to track package. 

 

Is Swarovski Crystal real?

Swarovski Crystals are NOT real diamonds.
